Burgundy Wine Steak Butter
Rub your steak with your favorite Pixie Chicks blend then try this topper!
- Cream 1/2 c butter and 1 tsp burgundy wine with a hand mixer
- Stir in 1 tbsp shallots, 1 tbsp green onion and 1 tsp white pepper
- Cover tightly and refrigerate.
