Shipping policy
Shipping is on our best effort (especially in these interesting times) and we cannot guarantee that you receive your purchase within the window specified on the Shipping screen of checkout.
Envelope Shipping
Shopify calculates Canada Post shipping estimates at checkout. Please note that at this time, Shopify does not recognize envelopes as a shipping option.
That said, some of our products with a slim profile (ie. the 30 and 60 gram packets, but NOT the 100 gram pouches), meet Canada Post's requirements for $3 envelope shipping within Canada, as they are less than 1" thick.
If you would like to purchase a small volume (1-4 units) of our products with a slim profile (30g and 60 g packets only), please contact us at info@pixiechicks.ca to set up payment and shipment directly, rather than through Shopify.
Local Deliveries
We offer free local delivery for min. $50 orders within Victoria, usually within a few days of when the order is placed. We can deliver to addresses with a safe place to drop off the package outside ie porch delivery. This option is not available to apartment or condo dwellers, unfortunately, as there is a high likelihood of porch theft.
