Red Wine & Herb Vinegar Dressing

Delicious as a salad dressing, bread dipper, or lovely herb glaze to drizzle over soon-to-be roasted veggies ;)
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard (or more, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp grated romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pixie Chicks Tuscan Sunset
Shake or whisk until well blended.
